Way back in 2016 Bowers and Leach had a candid discussion with one of the best narcotics investigators in the country,Gary Azbill. Gary had recently retired as a Special Agent with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. Prior to the that he worked with Jimmie Leach at the Tennessee Highway Patrol Criminal Investigation Division (THP/CID) as a Narcotics Investigator.
Leach (former vice-president of the Tennessee Narcotics Officers Association), Bowers and Azbill spend 40 minutes talking about using real life situations involving illegal drugs and how law enforcement investigates and prosecutes these crimes.
