Learn why it is so important to stay hydrated if you want to stay on top of your game at home and at work. When you are mildly to severely dehydrated, your body goes into a stress response. Your brain drains water from your other organs, causing them to slow down and be sluggish. Your decision-making capacity is compromised. You will be more irritable, and your emotions will feel more brittle.

Something as simple as drinking enough watch to be fully hydrated can make all the difference in the world. Just try it for a few weeks (a few days won't be long enough to see the benefits).
