\xa0Mel has been teaching for 10 years and currently teaches a
self-contained K-2 language and learning disabilities class.
\xa0Mel has her Master\u2019s degree in special education. \xa0Mel
is here to share her story about being involuntarily transferred.
\xa0She will tell us about how she overcame this unexpected
change as well as what she learned from it. \xa0
The circumstances surrounding an involuntary transfer can vary,
