About Our Guest Carolyn Schultz has been a special education teacher in the Pennsauken School District of Camden County for 30 years. \xa0She is honored to teach in the same school district where her father was first hired in 1962. \xa0 Carolyn has been involved in her local association for 20 years, holding offices such as head building representative, grievance chairperson, and president. \xa0Carolyn has recently brought\xa0Art of Hosting meeting facilitation techniques\xa0to her members. \xa0 Carolyn has been married for 26 years to Fred Schultz. \xa0She states that her children, Emily (23) and twins Molly and Haley (20) \u201cmake (her) look boring.\u201d Interested in learning more about Art of Hosting?\xa0\xa0Check out\xa0this article from the May 2016\xa0NJEA Review. Jim Boice\xa0is a field representative with the New Jersey Education Association. \xa0Prior to joining NJEA is 2012, Jim was a high school English teacher for ten years in the Pennsauken Township School District of Camden County, NJ.
