Make time to meet with your supt or supervisor to review how they think the year went.\xa0\xa0Don\u2019t just wait for the formal eval, go buy your boss lunch to chat. Dr. Tim Kanold (Solution Tree) says we need to provide leadership to our own leaders.
Make sure you look forward to all the fun that summer provides. Don\u2019t just get stuck on being overwhelmed by the present.
Be sure to schedule in the fun and celebratory events.\xa0\xa0They don\u2019t just happen on their own.
