Steven Forth, managing partner at the technology data company Ibbaka and an active member of the global design thinking community, explains why \\u2018resilience\\u2019 and \\u2018scenario planning\\u2019 are the new normal replacing the simple search for efficiency at today\\u2019s organizations.
