Lily is an incredibly talented storyteller, perfectly outlining key emotions and situations in her photographs. Her portraiture work is stunning and her music photography work stood out as it showed more than just the events on stage. After spending time touring and in the music industry, she decided to leave the music industry and redirect her photography focus. Her journey is intriguing and an important one to hear when you\'re overwhelmed by the industry.

This is an interview series to feature badass concert photographers. When I started my career in music photography, there weren\'t a lot of resources out there for women, and I was at a loss for who to turn to, who would understand my concerns and questions. This series was started for two reasons: in hopes to help those starting their careers and get the advice and tips that they need, as well as creating a safe space for everyone to talk about experiences & prejudices faced in the music industry, share advice, and how they got to where they are today. Join us! We\'re Taking Over The Photo Pit!!
