The growth of the Blog has been amazing and Chris now has the\\xa0Out of Chicago\\xa0podcast\\xa0and he is the author of\\xa0The Photographer\\u2019s Guide to Chicago. To top it all off this upcoming weekend will be the second annual Out Of Chicago Photography Conference.
\\nChris Smith is the guy behind Out of Chicago. He is the author of\\xa0The Photographer\\u2019s Guide to Chicago\\xa0and host of the Out of Chicago Podcast. Chris specializes in photographing Chicago at night. By day, Chris is a high school physics teacher and lives with his wife and two kids in the Chicago Suburbs.
\\nI hope that the Out of Chicago blog becomes a useful resource for anyone trying to get great shots of the city of Chicago and the surrounding areas. I will try to provide info on the best locations to shoot. There will be ideas for day and weekend trips in and around Chicago. There will be tips and techniques to help you get the best shots and reviews to help you find the best equipment and learning resources.
