"It's Already Happening" - with Bethany Reed and Andrew Balfour
Today Andrew speaks with Canadian freelance artistic administrator Bethany Reed, and Toronto-based composer, sound designer, and conductor Andrew Balfour about "It's Already Happening", a series of online events taking place in April/May 2022, where young musicians will hear directly from leaders who are doing vital work to center the voice, viewpoints, and experiences of Black peoples, Indigenous peoples, people of colour, and people with disabilities, as well as address systemic issues in the classical music industry.
