Dr. Mayra Vasques is the founder of a Brazil based start-up company Innov3D. She did a Ph.D. in Medical 3D Printing after her dental studies and her research has been focussed on applications of 3D Printing in Dentistry. She has been applying her 3D Technology-based skills to her clinical practice in Brazil. During the Pandemic she managed to collaborate with various women across different states in her country to print 500,000 shields for supporting front end workers.
