Adam Meredith is an entrepreneur, health and movement coach, speaker, martial artist and retired pro fighter based in St. Louis, Mo.
He is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, ACE Certified Health Coach and Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Onnit Certified Steel Club and Steel Mace Specialist and Steel Mace Flow Certified Level 1 Coach.
In addition to hosting Outside Perspective, Adam is also the founder and CEO of Imposed Will, a lifestyle brand dedicated to empowering others to impose their will on life, through mental strength and healthy habits.
He competed for nearly a decade in combat sports, including mma, boxing, kickboxing and muay thai. Adam reached the Bellator stage before retiring in 2017. He continues to coach striking, grappling and mma.
