How Sharia Law is at Odds With the Constitution/Discussion of SAPPA

Published: Sept. 21, 2017, 1 a.m.

Does Sharia law allow a husband to rape his wife, even in America? A New Jersey trial judge thought so\n\n. In a recently overturned case, a \u201ctrial judge found as a fact that defendant committed conduct that\n\nconstituted a sexual assault, \u201d but did not hold the defendant liable because the defendant believed\n\nhe was exercising his rights over the victim. Fortunately, a New Jersey appellate court reversed the trial judge.\n\nBut make no mistake about it: this is no isolated incident. We will see more\n\ncases here in the United States where others attempt to impose Sharia law, under the\n\nguise of First Amendment. \xa0Also for discussion tonite is how the Second Amendment is being violated.\xa0\n\nGuest: \xa0 Constitutionalist Nicholas Purpura . \xa0Read more on Nick Here.\xa0\n\nMusic and vocals provided by Rhema Marvane. \xa0For more on her go HERE\n\nHosts: Cisco Acosta and Doreen La Guardia\n\nThis show sponsored by Studentsforabetterfuture.com
