Tonite we are going to discuss what maybe the "freebies" given to to students in the public education system.\xa0 Recently, students in the 9nth grade of the Parsippany District were given ipads. One of the reasons behind the iPad initiative is because New Jersey is rolling out the new \u201cPartnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers,\u201d or PARCC exam, in the fall of 2014. \u201cFor the PARCC exam, students will have to take it on a digital device,\u201d said Haines.
