According to Wikipedia, in economics, Kondratiev waves (also called supercycles, great surges, long waves, K-waves or the long economic cycle) are hypothesized cycle-like phenomena in the modern world economy. The phenomenon is closely connected with the technology life cycle. And it is stated that the period of a wave ranges from forty to sixty years, the cycles consist of alternating intervals of high sectoral growth and intervals of relatively slow growth. \\xa0

Closely related to this cycle would be the societal cycles that go with such "booms and busts" in economics.\\xa0 Both bring upheaval.\\xa0 And as we head into a new era of such innovations as long-distance space travel, the metaverse, green energy and such, we are met with the societal upheaval that accompanies such cycles. \\xa0

Pastor Drew Jacques and Martin McCormack examine the theory of the Kondratiev wave, discuss the upheaval and look at solutions for coping in a world that is filled with chaos.\\xa0
