b'Kianga Jinaki is a fiber artist, a storyteller, a doll maker, a community organizer, a community artist, and an all-around extraordinary person. She creates community through her teachings online and in-person, and is a hands-on, fully-involved community member. She joins the Stitch Please podcast to share how she got her start in the art world as a fiber and needle artist. Kianga also shares her story of creating her first doll for her daughter and the process of creation that happened behind the scenes.
