Born in Martinique, grew up in France, and now living in Madrid, Florence traded her career in finance to create her own venture in pastry. Through Slowpastry, her goal is to demonstrate the power of pastry to create connection and authentic conversations through talks and workshops focused on co-creation and creativity.  Slowpastry is also committed to sustainable and responsible consuming, with for instance special attention on local sourcing and seasonal fruits.
