Joe Jack Talcum On their 1990 tour, the Dead Milkmen had on the tourbus in lights "Nobody You Know". Not that it made sense, but it was just fun. That is how you describe the Dead Milkmen, they were a fun, comedic Punk band that started in the 80s, and set out only to entertain people, that was their statement.  I have been a fan since 1987, and met Joe several times over the years. The Dead Milkmen were always fun to listen to, and had no problem pulling out all the stops for a good laugh. Though, believe it or not, they did take themselves seriously, and that was part of the entire function of the band.  Joe is the guitartist for The Dead Milkmen, but has also been recording all kinds of side projects over the years. He is an incredible musician in his own right, and you can hear that in his side projects. In my conversation with him, I learned that they were able to keep their image and ther personalities separate. They are all very intelligent, well read, educated, and hard working.  Talcum has managed to resurrect some technologies, and vintage vaudvillian songs that I think you should all give a good listen to. Enjoy everyone, there is more to life, and the 80s than that "Bitchen Camaro"  https://www.jacktalcum.com/  The Dead Milkmen website [http://deadmilkmen.com/]  The Dead Milkmen youtube [https://www.youtube.com/c/TheDeadMilkmenOfficial]  facebook [https://www.facebook.com/realjoejack/] instagram [https://www.instagram.com/joe.genaro/] bandcamp [https://thisandthattapes.bandcamp.com/]  #thedeadmilkmen #joejacktalcum #the.real.jacktalcum #punk #americanistfolk #folk #railroadbill
