Why Innovation Heroes are a Sign of a Dysfunctional Organization
A week ago I got invited to an \u201cinnovation hero\u201d award ceremony at a government agency. I don\u2019t know how many of these I\u2019ve been to in the last couple years, but this one just made my head explode.
