300 years ago Otharath the Vulgar and this crew of odious outlaws commited banditary and murder across the kingdom. Eventually there were caught and executed, but that wasn\'t the end of it, now they are back on their crime spree and it falls to a hero to stop them Otharath had his 12 accomplices, for good.
Only the first ten are sent to the bad place here the other 3 have holed up somewhere and it will take a whole adventure to root them out
