During his primetime address, Biden stated "The Second Amendment, like all other rights, is not absolute.” A House Democrat is declaring that gun control will happen even if it means abolishing filibuster or expanding Supreme Court. More than 20 House Dems are pressing Pelosi to split their party's omnibus gun control package into several bills and allow votes on each in order to increase their chance of becoming law.
