Hour 1 - Nick Reed talks about a variety of topics in the news, including: President Biden held a press conference yesterday afternoon... It was a disaster. Perhaps the most startling comment of the evening was Biden's response to a question about the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Biden said that while he believes an invasion is imminent, the United States is prepared to impose significant economic consequences should Russia move forward. But, he clarified, a "minor incursion" by the Russians would elicit a softer response from the U.S. than that of a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Biden also said “I didn’t overpromise. But I have probably outperformed what anyone thought would happen." ALSO - Wes Scroggins joins Nick Reed this morning: Mr. Scroggins and Mr. Moon are working on pro-life legislation. Sen. Mike Moon has filed SB 699. This bill would abolish abortion in Missouri. There will be a rally on Wednesday, Feb 9th at the State Capitol from 1-3 p.m.
