After a lifetime of playing music and a Ph.D. in Sound Studies, Mike Butera founded Artiphon to reinvent the musical instrument as a smart, connected device. Mike is intent on building a future where everyday creativity is augmented by technology. He thinks everyone can play music with the right tool, regardless of their training or skill.
