Let's get one thing straight up front. Allen Lazard is an "athlete." From a wee one, this guy has trained across the spectrum working on basic movement skills. Athletic, talented, intelligent and savvy are all superlatives in play when describing this young man. Recruited at Iowa State as a safety the young man's skill set saw him moved to the other side of the ball where his physicality allowed him to dominate.
