So in these chapters our friends split up into two teams, and Nita & Co. go to the Crossings and meet Skerrit's ancestor, while Dairine & Roshaun go to his home and she gets to meet the family. Both are very illuminating in their own ways, because Skerrit and Roshaun are each so clearly influenced by familial expectations and obligations.
