Eliot desperately wants to do something to win over his people, and he gets it into his head that single combat is the way to go. Except that when he's faced with the opportunity to kill that opposing party, he decides to marry them instead. Oopsies.
Meanwhile, Quentin is self-medicating and comes across Julia's shade, which sends him down a rabbit hole with her to find alternate Alice and get information on how to restore the shade he found. I'm really worried about the fact that this might lead to something nefarious, and that Julia isn't really on the level.
