The Magician's Apprentice- Episode 5
Thank you to Ashleigh for commissioning this episode! These chapters are really interesting because we're starting to get into some stuff that I think will develop into the Guild that we know from the other trilogy. The most important thing in that regard is the idea of magical birth control, which Tessia is really surprised to hear about.
But of course, really, the focus of this section is the chaos and devastation left behind after the Ichani tear through the countryside. There's an interesting POV section from Hanara, and he's in the unfortunate position where he's low-key happy to be back with his Master and jealous of the other slave who is trying to take his position. Oof, poor dude.
