I'm really flummoxed by the way this fight goes down. There's not the big climax that I expected, and instead of really being in the middle of things from the perspective of someone actually fighting, we instead look on from the sidelines while Tessia stays out of the way and Hanara pees his pants. Weird choices.
Then there is the seemingly impulsive decision that the Kyralian magicians make when they finally defeat the Sachakans. I guess a victory that didn't kill a single magician would lead to you getting cocky, but invading Sachaka is a really...serious move.
