One Piece WANNABE- Episodes 36 & 37
Thank you so much to Gabriela for commissioning this episode, and for joining me for the discussion of these two very high-drama episodes.
The previous two eps started the saga of Nami's childhood and her deal with Arlong, and these episodes wrap up her history, the fate of Bell-mére, and the ultimate double-cross. Gabriela and I discuss whether Bell-mére actually needed to die, and the big moment where Luffy hands over his hat, which apparently failed to hit me with appropriate weight. Sorry, Gabriela! D:
