Lirael- Episode 2

This section of Lirael is super interesting because she gets approval to work at the Library, which turns out to be just as dangerous as the Clayr have warned her. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like Lirael was prepared to take that as seriously as she should have, and now something has gotten out.
I'm loving the usage of magic in this book, and the ways in which various spells are handled or created, and how they can be trapped in objects. It's wild. There's a point at which there are charter marks in the tears pouring down Lirael's face, which I find so imaginative.
