Huge thanks to Melanie for commissioning the final episode of Deep Wizardry! As it happens, there was only about 10 pages left, so this episode will also contain coverage of the first 2 chapters of High Wizardry!
It has been a minute since I covered the previous chapters of this book so I hope that you can forgive me for re-covering the final chapter before the ones talked about for this episode. It's to refresh my memory as well as yours!
The first chapters of High Wizardry are super worrying. I'm alarmed at how much I relate to Dairine, and the attitude she's taken in learning magic is very cavalier and not taking into account the responsibilities at all. I'm hoping that she doesn't turn into someone evil at some point.
