Deadwood, S03E10- A Constant Throb

So things are really beginning to heat up, and I'm waiting for it all to boil over. Alma is targeted in the street in a naked attempt to provoke someone to come to her defense and start a brawl that can result in Hearst bringing down the hammer in "justification". However, everyone is smarter than he expected, and they restrain themselves from any immediate reaction.
It's not until later on, when Hearst's Pinkerton pays a visit to Al, that we really get any sort of satisfaction. I'm shocked that Al handled it the way he did, but I'm delighted and can't help but cackle at the fact that Hearst must know and can't do shit about it.
