I feel like for some reason, this episode really hammered home to me that the narrative of this show is not going to follow the model that I had expected at all. I think it's because of the fact that we see what happened to Ulrich and it's so unthinkably bleak that it made me reevaluate everything.
In other news, this episode deals a lot with Claudia and the future version of herself that comes to tell her what's what. I don't really understand what to make of Egon's involvement in everything, but it sure seems like he's not going to put the pieces together.
And then there's Jonas and his journey into the sphere. Where is he going?!
