This is the section in which everything goes wrong. All of the people in Kaz's crew are descended upon while they're separated, and it's a real bad scene for each and every one of them. They're all able to escape, but for a few there's a particularly close call...while for others, it seems like there's actually a bit of triumph. And by "others", I mean Nina.
I'm really very interested in Danyasha, and I'm simultaneously looking forward to and dreading seeing her again. Thank heavens for zombies in that case, amirite?
