Reparacio is an entry level transmutation with a minute casting time, a range of touch, and a material requirement of two lodestones.

Reparacio mends an item with a break or tear no longer than ten inches.  The spell works on non-organic material leaving no trace of a rip or fracture.

Discovered in Spain in 1930, Reparacio gained fame in 2012 when it was erroneously used to restore a painting in the Sanctuary of Mercy church in Borja, Spain.  An elderly parishioner took it upon herself to restore a fresco on the church wall.  The original paint used had a high amount of organic material and did not respond well to the energy of the spell.  The plaster wall was renewed but the paint shifted color and position.  The painting, originally of a man, took on the appearance of a monkey.  At first, the act was seen as vandalism but became an internet sensation.  By 2016, the number of tourists visiting the town had increased from 6,000 to 57,000 a year.  In addition to spending money with local businesses, visitors have donated some €50,000 to the church. The money has been used to employ additional attendants at the church and to fund a retirement home.
