Nooccaura
Nooccaura is a level two necromancy spell with a range of thirty feet and a duration of one minute.
A simple spell, nooccaura can be used to temporarily blind or deafen but not both. Dark energy neutralized the electrical signals that travel along the auditory or occular nerves preventing them from reaching the brain.
The spell causes no permanent damage.
Federal law prohibits this spell to be cast upon humans and there are currently twelve states that ban all spells of this class. Be sure to check local regulations before casting.
