Miduma vlakulu is a first-level conjuration with a range of one hundred twenty feet, a duration of up to an hour, and requires concentration to maintain.

This spell creates a twenty-foot radius sphere in which the barometric pressure increases until the dew point matches the ambient temperature.  This process will raise the humidity and saturate the air causing dense fog.  The sphere will dissipate if subjected to winds greater than ten miles per hour.

Miduma Vlakulu was discovered in Sri Lanka in 1972.  Medical doctors immediately found the spell useful in humidity therapy, where it aids in numerous respiratory care modalities.  Mechanical engineers also find the spell helpful in testing the durability of instrumentation used in the marine and aviation industries.

The spell made headlines in 2005 when it was used in Brazil during a bank heist.  The robbers cast multiple spheres of miduma vlakulu in the bank and used infrared goggles to see.  Witnesses were unable to give descriptions and security cameras recorded nothing but a white haze.  The bandits would have gotten away with the crime had one of them not tried to purchase three cars with cash the next day.  All four were eventually arrested and sentenced.
