Bringithere

Bringithere is a sixth level conjuration, with an instant casting time, a range of touch, an indefinite duration, and a material requirement of a one-carat sapphire.

Bringithere allows you to touch an object under ten pounds and see an image of that object etch into the center of the sapphire.  Then, any time or place after that, crushing the sapphire will teleport the object instantly to your location, but only after the area above the sapphire dust matching the dimensions of the object is unobstructed.

The illegal use of this spell for drug trafficking has been occurring since the 19th century.  A raw carat sapphire may cost as little as 20 dollars and be used to transport as much as 100 thousand dollars of cocaine.  Since drug cartels use stolen and cheaply manufactured wands, the act is mostly untraceable.  And, smuggling small sapphires into the country is much easier than voluminous amounts of drugs.  Airport customs uses many traditional and magical methods to detect enchanted gems, so trafficking is mostly across land borders.

What makes the search for these gems at airports even more difficult is a high number of legal uses of the spell.  To avoid airline baggage fees, some travelers will cast bringithere upon their luggage before leaving home.  Depending on the airline, this method can save both money and effort.

NASA has used bringithere during the Apollo moon landing and Mars exploration programs.  Before launch, small sample collection containers have the spell cast upon them.  Once filled, crushing their corresponding sapphires will return them instantly to Earth, saving millions of dollars and time on a return journey.
