It's called "Serena the Manatee."
Serena, like all manatees, is an expert dreamer. She spends a lot of time in "dreamland" as they call it, and every morning she returns to the waking world filled with a peaceful joy. Nowadays, however, the manatees have a particular distraction that challenges their ability to stay asleep and dream: curious humans. Serena luckily learns a technique that works, one that lets the distractions fall away and allows her to fall deeply and peacefully asleep.
