This week we\u2019re discussing 5 easy ways to create a flow state by consciously managing your brainwaves.

So first of all, just what do we mean when we think of being in flow. What is a flow state? Well, flow is that state we experience when we are living in the moment, we\u2019re in the zone, totally focused on what we\u2019re doing, so immersed and absorbed by it that it feels like no time is passing at all.

This is known as a peak experience state, and it can feel like life is magically unfolding and all's right with the world. Now we want more of that, right?

So I want to talk about how we can take it from a peak state that is rarely experienced, to a more normal state of operation.
