I\u2019m going a little off-piste with my subject matter today, but I think it\u2019s something you\u2019ll still find interesting. I\u2019m going to share a few of my favourite techniques for keeping fit.
And of course, they\u2019re my favourite because they pack a big bang for my buck! That\u2019s important to me. I want to be putting my efforts into things that actually work.\xa0
I also want them to be enjoyable.\xa0
Now for many of us, we made our new year\u2019s resolutions to get fit back in January, and by now at the beginning of March, despite all those good intentions, we\u2019ve often lost enthusiasm and fallen off the wagon, with a big, disheartening thud!
