That\u2019s quite a statement! But one I agree with wholeheartedly. I count meditation as the single best thing I\u2019ve ever done for my well-being.\xa0
Now you may have heard that there are numerous benefits to meditation, and maybe even thought, DANG!, I should be doing that. But time passes, and you just don\u2019t get around to it. Or maybe you try it for a little bit, but it\u2019s off and on, really sporadic, and you don\u2019t really get into it enough to feel the benefits.
Well, you\u2019re not alone! Most of us faff around for a while, before we get into it. I faffed around for a couple years, meditating every now and then, trying this and that.\xa0
The important thing to know about meditation is that you don\u2019t need to make a big meal out of it. You can start really simply and make things easier on yourself. In fact, it\u2019s best to take it easy and keep it simple when you are beginning.
