This week we\u2019re discussing how to ditch all that negative self-talk you\u2019ve got going on in your head, and to replace it with some great beliefs to help you move forward with ease.
I want us all to free ourselves of that nasty voice, all that old programming and conditioning that says, you can\u2019t do this, you don\u2019t have what it takes, you tried it before and it didn\u2019t work out, it\u2019s too big, you don\u2019t have it in you, you\u2019re not worthy, you\u2019re too fat and unhealthy, it\u2019s not possible, blah blah blah blah blah!
We\u2019ve all got this sh*t-talker, who\u2019s always popping up, with doubts and fears and rationalisations, telling us we\u2019re not good enough.
Wouldn\u2019t it be so much nicer to have an inner cheer-leader, a lovely positive voice that cheers us on, that believes in our potential, and that really helps us to feel good about ourselves and to fulfill our goals?
How about a voice that says:
Join me to develop an empowering mindset that things are stacked in your favour, that life conspires to lead you to your highest potential.
