Over the last few months of lockdown, world fear and hysterical, relentless media reporting about nothing but coronavirus, I\u2019ve gone through the emotional spectrum. One day OK and fairly positive, and the next one bummed out and disheartened.

If we focus on the outer events, it all looks so hopeless and messed up. And most of us would throw our hands up in the air, and say, \u201dWhat can I possibly do!?\u201d
