Australian Country singer songwriter JD Reynolds inspired by her amazing mother for her singing and songwriting with Dolly Parton, Elvis, Micheal Jackson, Prince and heaps of amazing artist on repeat in the house. She was scouted at a young age to be a professional ballet dancer but when she was a teenager had an over night growth spurt and was too tall to dance anymore professionally, she became a model and realised quickly that music was the thing she was born to do, "It was a gift from God" says JD in the podcast.
\\nShe new she wanted to be a songwriter from a very young age and finds the songs come to her in a very spiritual way. She started off as a dancer and before dancing she would clam her nerves by singing backstage. Thats when she started realising that singing was what she loved and when she started realising she wanted to be an artist.
