ESH: Pappy B was awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor

Published: Feb. 8, 2020, noon

Pappy B was a member of the Flying Tigers, he was awarded of the Congressional Medal of Honor and he unfortunately got to experience detoxing in a Japanese POW camp after being shot down during WWII, he spent 20 months there. He is telling his story in San Francisco in Oct of 1958 at an unknown event.

This recording has a harsher tone to it as many older recordings do, I was able to get the background hum out but then again... 1958.
