2. Why I stayed in that abusive relationship? Can you relate?

I didn't have a strong relationship with God until I hit about 34. I always believed in God and grew up in the church but (for me) because I didn't seek a true relationship with God. Because I didn't question the things I was told and not told, I began to rush and try to get into relationships. Which sadly set me up for failure. I was so naive and I thought that when a guy told me he loved me, he meant it.

Relationships don't have a "user manual" or do they?

Why did I stay? Why did I allow a man to treat me this way and what did I learn from it? Let's talk...
