I know this lane of relationships has caused you a lot of frustration and pain.

And right now you\u2019re at your wits-end and have promised yourself that you will never again allow a man to disrespect you, mishandle you \u2013nor will you give your heart that fast. You\u2019ve professed that 2022 is the year of you in the name of \u2018self love\u2019.

There are so many dreams in your life that lay dormant. I remember when I was where you were and I thought \u201cdamn I\u2019d probably be so much further in life if I didn\u2019t put so much energy in men\u201d. The money, time and years I spent with men that actually didn\u2019t love me. Sometimes it still makes me cry.

So I want to encourage you sis. You can do it but you\u2019re gonna need to use 2022 intentionally. Don\u2019t let time pass without the courage and confidence to face yourself. Hold you accountable and recognize your fear\u2026 shame, and anxiety around being single. Because you\u2019re the common denominator.
