Please join us as we welcome DeShondra Strickland to the show.\\xa0 DeShondra is an air traffic specialist in the Chicago Executive\\xa0 (KPWK) control tower.\\xa0She was somewhat anxious to arrive at KPWK as the only female controller in the cab, but soon found the "guys" to be like family.\\xa0 Listen in to hear her perspective on the challenges of working traffic at one of the busiest airports in Illinois and why there aren\'t more women in the tower.\\xa0\\xa0Aviation is struggling to find the next generation of pilots, controllers, etc. and the female population is\\xa0an\\xa0untapped source of resources.\\xa0
