Madeleine is the face of the 99\'s in the Chicagoland area, as well as president of the Chicago Executive Pilot\'s Association.\\xa0 We all know of her, but tonight we had a chance to get to know her.\\xa0 Eddie, a Chicago Approach controller and speaker at the Expo, has been a guest of the show on multiple occasions, and a fan favorite.\\xa0 In addition to talking about the Expo, he also discussed the impact of the government shutdown on all aviation.\\xa0 It\'s not a pretty picture.
