While the worry, confusion, and stir-craziness are very real as we try to navigate life while experiencing a worldwide pandemic, I want to share 5 "Be attitudes" that are helping me deal with the anxiety and realities of Covid-19. I hope you find them helpful and feel encouraged that we can indeed find joy amidst the surrealness and stress that surrounds us. Plus, bonus, some of these tips will save you money.

  1. Be calm.\xa0
  2. Be helpful.
  3. Be careful.
  4. Be active.
  5. Be creative.
